Herniated Disc!

Yep!  That's what the doc says I most likely have----along with my three lower vertebra that are rotated and my pelvis that's off centered.  Needless to say, I've been experiencing a little discomfort.  :o)   He's started therapy with me.  I'm on a five week schedule.  I just hope that he can help me over this coming five weeks.  My back has bothered me for some time now.  I should have done something earlier. 

It's really hindering my ability to do things around the house and with the kids.  Joe thinks that we should go mattress shopping this weekend.  I'm sure we will if it rains on Saturday.  He will be working otherwise.  We've needed a new mattress for some time now, but I really wanted to hold off until we could build a house.  I wanted to get new bedroom furniture and a king size bed.

I've got this terrible sinus infection that's bothering me as well.  Guess this is just my day to complain!

Not much going on here. Is it Friday yet?

We had the girls' birthday party on Saturday. Hard to believe that Madison is five today and Abby will be two on the 27th. Madison is having a party at pre-k today. Wish I could be there. She and her class are getting some balloons. That should be fun.

I've had hip problems lately. My back hurt all weekend long. Last week I went to the chiropractor twice. I should probably go back again this week too. It is still hurting, but nothing like it did this weekend.

I've about got all of my Christmas shopping done. Just got to come up with some ideas for the in-laws. That's a tough job!
